The thermostat will automatically turn off the heat generation if the temperature becomes too high, and the Auto-off function will shut the product off after 8 hours of use.

Our products are thoroughly tested and safe for use by most people, including pets. They are equipped with a waterproof graphene heating element and made with flame retardant cotton for added safety.

Unlike regular heat, which is transferred through the air and mainly warms the surface of our skin, infrared heat operates differently. Infrared heat penetrates directly into your muscles and joints, providing warmth from the inside out. This results in a more pleasant and long-lasting heat experience. Moreover, infrared heat is energy-efficient and feels like a gentle, natural warmth.

When you activate your infrared heating pillow, it may take a few minutes before you start feeling the warmth. This is completely normal. After about 10 minutes, you will experience the full warmth.

To achieve optimal warmth, sit directly against the pillow or press it firmly against your body. With thicker clothing, it may take a bit longer to feel the full warmth.

After approximately half an hour, you often find that the heat is so effective that you can lower the heat level. From an initial setting of 3, you can switch to 2 or even 1 and still experience pleasant warmth. An additional benefit is that the battery lasts even longer on a lower setting before needing to recharge!

It takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge the power bank in the heating pillow. However, the heating pillow can also be used while charging. So, you never have to wait until it's fully charged to enjoy its warmth.
